He spoke all about his method within his foreword; he introduced himself into one of his novels--"Dr Rolfe" within The Terrible Temptation; & his may left his workshop & his accumulation of materials open for review for ii years when his dying. He got collected an tremendous mass of materials for his learn of individual nature and severity. This immense collection was classified & intended within brobdingnagian ledgers & notebooks. He got planned a great act on "the wisdom and folly of nations," treating sustaining social, political & household details, & it was inside a main for this that his collection was destined, however in passing he encountered the materials utile as a store of incidents & suggestions. The collector of the form was attached to exist as orderly, otherwise his collection would use at times fallen into confusion, & Reade's collection contains several curiosities inside classification & tabulation. On a value of this method for his art there has been lot discussion, the rife opinion existence that his imagination was overwhelmed & stifled by it. But, he did non simply shovel a contents of his notebooks into his novels; it served as an atmosphere of reality where he worked, therefore that his novels were such as pictures painted in the open air. His imaginatiin was quickened like than impeded by their suggestions of items suited to the purpose within h&; & these are probably to his close and constant email by using information, acting on an imagination naturally fertile, that you owe his wow abundance of incident. Possibly around his novels of character a development of character is shown across a rapid unceasing progression of important information; it was probably in writing for a stage that he learned the value of keeping the attention of his readers unceasingly on the job. Then again, his watch of person life, especially that of women, is nearly brutal; his cognition of frailties & vices is overwhelming.
